These insoles are made with the same high quality materials your local orthotist would use to make custom insoles, but for a fraction of the price. They provide excellent all-around support for the foot - they have a heel cup to hold the foot in a stable position, a solid arch support that is best for medium to high arches, and a slight flare on the outer sides to keep the foot centred on the insoles. They are also very thin, easily fitting in almost any shoe, and it's easy to cut the top of the insoles to fit the shape of your shoes.
