Shipping policy

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday to Friday will normally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the following day. We ship orders Monday-Friday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 

We have two shipping options: 

Standard
These orders are sent via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Canpar (depending on the fastest, cheapest option) and should arrive in 3-9 business days. 

Express
These orders are sent via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator and will arrive in 1-3 business days. 

Please note, all shipping times are estimates. There is always a possibility of delays due to mail volume, weather, or if you are in a remote location. Additionally, mail couriers may be experiencing delays due to COVID-19, seasonal volume, or weather and cannot guarantee delivery times. We do our best to get your order out the same day it is placed, but we have no control over how quickly it gets to you once the courier receives it. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
