Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada and the US. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 to Canadian customers. Orders are sent from our warehouse in BC, Canada. Please see below for more information.

Canadian Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday to Friday will normally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the following day. We ship orders Monday-Friday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 

We have two shipping options: 

Standard
These orders are sent via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Canpar (depending on the fastest option) and should arrive in 3-9 business days. 

Express
These orders are sent via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator (depending on the fastest option) and will arrive in 1-3 business days. 

Please note, all shipping times are estimates. There is always a possibility of delays due to mail volume, weather, or if you are in a remote location. Additionally, mail couriers may be experiencing delays due to COVID-19, seasonal volume, or weather and cannot guarantee delivery times. We do our best to get your order out the same day it is placed, but we have no control over how quickly it gets to you once the courier receives it. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

International Shipping

United States: We offer flat rate standard shipping to the US, excluding US territories, Alaska, military bases, and Hawaii (please see below for a complete list). Standard orders are sent via UPS, Purolator or Canada Post and transferred to a US mail carrier, and should arrive in 5-15 business days.

Other International Countries and Regions: If you are elsewhere in the world and would like to purchase from us, please send us an email at hello@swiftbrace.com and we can work with you to arrange delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times, shipping rates, duties, taxes or other fees for orders shipping to other countries.

Currency
Swiftbrace.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in Canadian Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-Canadian Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates and exclude taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed. If items are returned, a refund will be credited back in Canadian Dollars at the current exchange rate. 

Duty Paid On Delivery
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by the Canadian government upon delivery of your order. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges may also apply, depending on the item. Duty fees will not be refunded on returns. US territories and locations we cannot provide standard shipping to:

  • Hawaii

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. If returned product shows signs of wear, we cannot issue a refund and are not responsible for returning the item back to you. We are unable to accept returns on face masks for safety reasons. Please email us at hello@swiftbrace.com with your order number to start the return or exchange process. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that are not paid upfront will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Warranties

All of our products have a 3 month warranty. Our warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by improper use or improper washing. Modifying or altering the device in any way voids our warranty. 

If you experience a warranty issue, please email hello@swiftbrace.com and we will replace your defective item for free.
