Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We only ship within Canada at this time. We use Canada Post to ship orders. We offer free Expedited shipping on orders over $49. Orders are sent from BC.

Shipping Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday to Friday are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST ship the following day. We ship orders Monday-Friday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 

We have two shipping options: 

Expedited
These orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited and should arrive in 3-7 days. 

XPress Post
These orders are sent via Canada Post XPress Post and should arrive in 1-3 days. 

Please note, all shipping times are estimates. There is always a possibility of delays due to mail volume, weather, or if you are in a remote location. Additionally, Canada Post is still experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and cannot guarantee delivery times. 

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on face masks for safety reasons. Please email us at hello@swiftbrace.com with your order number to start the return or exchange process. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. 

Warranties

All of our products have a 3 month warranty. Our warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by improper use or improper washing. Modifying or altering the device in any way voids our warranty. 

If you experience a warranty issue, please email hello@swiftbrace.com and we will replace your defective item for free.
