Sturdy materials and thoughtful details put this SI belt in a class of its own. It has two tabs that connect to a pulley tightening system in the back of the brace, so you can get maximum compression with very little effort - no need to rotate your spine while reaching around and pulling the straps, causing more pain. Low-profile, lightweight, durable material makes wearing this brace for extended periods comfortable.
Position the brace approximately 1” below the widest part of the hips (SI Joint). Center the two back panels and position symmetrically on the back.
Overlap the ends of the brace and fasten by pressing down end to secure brace.
To apply compression, grasp the pull tabs with the thumbs and forefingers.
After desired compression is achieved, fasten the pull tabs to the loop material on the side panels to secure.
Careful washing will prolong the life of the brace. Remove all stays before washing. Hand wash with a non-detergent washing solution, and air dry (away from the sun and heating vents). Do not put the brace in the washing machine or dryer.
