I followed the sizing guide, as my hips measured 43.2, as an XL size. I find that the boxer is very tight, I'm assuming that they run small. If I were to purchase again I would try the next size up. It does hold my hernia in even without the supplied pads.

So far so good.

I have purchased this with the intention of using this as I play hockey. Without it, there has been some pressure with the hernia that made it uncomfortable to play. With the brace that has been fixed. The fit is tight but does not impede movement. It is just another layer of equipment to prep but the benefits outweigh the cons. It works and does the job!

Very Good Product

I have a double hernia in the groin area and due to other health issues cannot have surgery at this time. I researched other options available and found these Pavis boxers. They looked to be a good product and seemed to provide the support needed for some comfort from the hernias. Boy, was I right! They are well made and designed to provide the support needed. They are comfortable and have brought some relief to me. I ordered the large as I was on the borderline of medium. I think I made the right decision as the medium would have been too difficult to get on. These are tight to get on but not too tight feeling when wearing. It has gotten easier after having them for a while. Highly recommend the product. I also was so impressed with the support I received from Laura in customer support. She assisted with product and technical issues I was having and provided a great customer experience. Great job!
