The Dynamic Tennis Elbow Sleeve lets you heal from epicondylitis caused by playing pickleball, tennis or golf.
Features:
- Made of comfortable elastic material that provides compression to the entire elbow complex
- Breathable material won't overheat in warm weather or while playing sports
- The elastic forearm strap relieves pressure on the forearm muscle to promote healing, and it's stretchy so you can comfortably flex your arm while wearing it
- Two gel pads on the inside of the support provide localized pressure to the forearm muscles for enhanced healing. The gel pads have a dimpled surface to provide a gentle massage, which has also been shown to promote healing.
- Can be worn on both the left and right elbow
Putting the Support On
- Detach the Velcro strap and re-attach so that it’s loose
- Before putting the sleeve on, position it so that the large grey diamond in the centre of the sleeve is facing down. The top of the sleeve has a grey band stitched around the edge. It is easier to have the sleeve in the correct position before you put it on, rather than trying to reposition it once it’s on your arm.
- With your arm extended and your palm facing up, put your hand through the top of the sleeve and pull the sleeve up your arm. Your elbow should be in the centre of the grey diamond. Pull the sleeve up or down as necessary to get it in the right position.
- Detach the Velcro strap, wrap the strap around your arm so that it’s comfortably tight, then re-attach the Velcro
Taking the Support Off
- Detach the Velcro strap and re-attach so that it’s loose
- Grip the sleeve at the bottom end and slide the sleeve off your arm
Careful washing will prolong the life of the brace. Remove all stays before washing. Hand wash with a non-detergent washing solution, and air dry (away from the sun and heating vents). Do not put the brace in the washing machine or dryer.
