How to Use the Ribbed 12" Abdominal Binder

Putting the Abdominal Binder On

  1. Undo the Velcro on the front of the support
  2. Place the support against your back so that your back is in the centre of the strap. The strap should be positioned so that it will cover the portion of your abdomen that needs support
  3. Pull on the ends of the support as you wrap both sides around to the front. Attach the Velcro at the front so that the support is snug but not too tight that it’s uncomfortable.

Taking the Abdominal Binder Off

  1. Undo the Velcro on the front of the support
  2. Take the support off
  3. Reattach the Velcro so it doesn't stick to anything else while not in use
