- Position the brace approximately 1” below the widest part of the hips (SI Joint). Center the two back panels and position symmetrically on the back.
- Overlap the ends of the brace and fasten by pressing down end to secure brace.
- To apply compression, grasp the pull tabs with the thumbs and forefingers.
- After desired compression is achieved, fasten the pull tabs to the loop material on the side panels to secure.
